Reachd held their most recent Video training in downtown Seattle at the beautiful Zillow offices on the 46th floor. We were priviledged to have Gary Vaynerchuk of WineLibrary TV join us to talk about personal brand and online video. Reachd 2 Day SEO Course in Vancouver June 25 2008

The Reachd 2 Day SEO Bootcamp was held in downtown Vancouver on June 25th and 26th. It was a bootcamp made up exclusively of realtors. Tim Ayres specializing in Sooke Real Estate made the trek from Vancouver Island to join us. UBC Condo specialist Malcom Reading of Remax participated in the training along with Ian Watt who is now marketing Vancouver Condos 100% online. At the end of our bootcamp, Ian commented... "I wish we could do this for a couple of hours every week!"

Reachd Blog Training June 10th 2008

Nurse Next Door and a local Vancouver Real Estate Agent, Shaun Kimmins attended our blogging training in June. The smaller class was awesome. We were able to dig into blogging questions with more detail. The tour of Wordpress was quite helpful along with the indepth look at the benefits of plugging feedburner into your blog.

Reachd Adwords Training June 5th 2008

We were privileged to teach a round of Adwords training at Ceilis Irish Pub (670 Smithe) Just yesterday. One of the powerful tips that came out of the sessions was the importance of keeping your Keywords focused. The more focused your keywords the better the results with Adwords. Reachd Ubertor Training June 3rd 2008

Ubertor is a killer content management system for Real Estate so it was a lot of fun teaching on this product. We had a some Ubertor newbies and experienced Ubertor users in the room. It was a great mix and we spent a ton of time talking about Ubertor's new video features. Those in attendance at the training included, Jessica Chen, Karim Bhatia and Kasha Rudner, John Lee, Terry Chalmers, and Dylan Hughes. Thanks to all those that attended and made this a great event.

Reachd 3 Hour Video Training Session May 28th 2008

We hosted another Sold Out video session with a few special guests. Rob Lewis from Tech Vibes joined us for the training along with Raul Pacheco the top twitter in Vancouver. Once again it was Christmas in Ceilis as everyone was opening their cameras. You can view the video of the camera opening by playing the video to the left. Reachd 3 Hour Google Adwords Training May 27th 2008

Another great day of training.  At this 3 hour Google Adwords session we had representatives from SPUD.ca, B-TV.com, Sutton.com, Kevin James Day Photography and young entrepreneur Eiselle Omampo.  It was a great session with lots of dynamic discussions on the use of Google Adwords in each of the business that were present.  

Reachd May 21st and 22nd 2008 Search Engine Optimization Essentials Bootcamp

The May SEO Essentials Bootcamp just wrapped up. It was quite an intense group since we had 2 participants eager to learn and ready to implement their new knowledge. We were pleased to have the Managing Developer from Heritage Canada show up from Ottawa, ON to participate. Ashish oversees their web projects such as the National Gallery of Canada, Cybermuse and Shop at NGC. Kenny Wee, our other participant is a budding web developer and aspiring internet marketer. He is developing a furniture site called FF & E Inc.

Reachd 3 Hour Blog Training on May 20th 2008

The 3 hour blog training on Tuesday, May 20th was a huge success.  We are seeing lots of interest from the business world when it comes to blogging.  We had some great companies send representatives to this past workshop.  Those companies include Homelife Benchmark Realty, MAKE Technologies, Theo Sanidas, Kenny Wee, Lonsdale Event Rentals and ShowTime Tickets.  If you're interested in making one of our next workshops check out the upcoming dates as they fill up fast. 

Reachd 3 Hour Search Engine Optimization Training May 15th 2008

The 3 hour sessions at Ceili's Irish Pub are really catching on. The most recent training was a SEO training titled, "Building a Site Google Loves!" Reachd 3 Hour Video Training May 13th 2008

Our First Online Video Session was a huge success. The room was packed with a SOLD OUT crowd of 20 people. 16 real estate agents, 4 professionals from marketing industry and a recruitment company. Each participant received one of the flip cameras pictured to the left. The video training aslo hosted a special guest, Gillian Shaw, from the Vancouver Sun came to see what all the online Video excitement was about. Reachd 3 Hour Google Adwords Training April 29th 2008

Our first series of 3 hour training sessions just finished up last week with our Adwords workshop. We had many of the same participants that attended some of our previous SEO and Blogging training with a few new faces in the bunch. The new faces included, Patrica Houlihan specializing in Vancouver Luxury Real Estate, Tim Tomlins a Vancouver Realtor, Keshni de Vaz from Onetouch.ca, Richard Cooper a printer of recycled business cards The session was helpful and we are excited about offering the sessions again next month! Our SEO event at Ceili's Irish Pub at 670 Smithe was a great time. We had about 15 people in attendance for the 3 hour session.

Reachd Adwords Training at Zillow April 17 2008

The Zillow boardroom in Seattle was packed with agents and brokers keen to learn more about how to use Adwords to market their listings. Gordon Stephenson, real estate broker, Seattle townhome developer and member of the Zillow board brought 4 people from his office to join us, including: Stefen Hadfield, Doug Holman, Arielle Thurik and Ian MacMillian. Jim Reppond a Seattle real estate agent participated in the group along with Seattle Condo specialist Brenda Brynildsen. West Seattle real estate agent Aletha Thompson joined us and we had two mortgage borkers in the group - Mark Thompson & Joe Dahleen from Go Live Loans

Reachd SEO Essentials Bootcamp March 13 & 14 2008 

Our March SEO Essentials Bootcamp was a great success. We filled the table with four participants engaging in some basic SEO training and a little bit of advanced talk as well. Mark Bond the GM for REO Rafting, a whitewater rafting outfit in BC joined us and put his site on display.  Chris Neumann, a South Surrey real estate agent and Joanne Saunders, Marketing Manager for BC Developer - Bosa Properties represnted the real estate world. Reachd Adwords Training February 20th 2008 

We had a few newbies and an experienced pay-per-click advertiser for our February Adwords training. Joe Fayner a False Creek real estate agent, has been using Adwords for some time but was happy to learn more about how to optimize his campaigns. Our wedding photographer, Angela Hubbard, was new to Adwords and said, "I'm so excited about what I'm learning." Vancouver Townhouses was the main theme of Ian Watt's interest as he participated in his third Reachd Bootcamp.

Reachd SEO Essentials Bootcamp February 18th and 19th 2008

Our February bootcamp was a great time we had a real estate team present and a photographer join us to learn how to get their sites to perform well in the search engines. As always the class size was small so students got plenty of one on one attention and we had lots of time to work on the individual site. Angela Hubbard, a Vancouver wedding photographer, showed off her wedding site and we offer some tips. Steve Birkic a downtown Vancouver realtor, shared with us his plans for marketing condos in downtown.

Reachd Advanced SEO Bootcamp January 29th and 30th 

The January advanced SEO bootcamp was a bit of a reniuon as we had several participants from one of our first seo training sessions particpate in this bootcamp. Brenda Russell, an Oak Bay Real Estate specialist, made the trek from Vancouver Island to join us along with three other realtors. Sylvain Cyr has came to learn and show off all the hard work on his site. Since our previous workshop he added content related to condos in the Tapestry building near Vancouver General Hospital. Ian Watt, an avid internet marketer, came to work on his Vancouver Penthouse website and Patricia Houlihan showed us the new developing design of her Vancouver Luxury Homes website. Everyone benefited from having the extensive marketing expertise of Dara Sklar, a real estate marketing guru and video open house provider in the bootcamp.

Ubertor Training with and SEO Twist January 25th 2008

We were excited to host a group of people to go through our first training session on the Ubertor SEO enhancement. Ubertor is real estate web building software and is built according to Google's webmaster guidelines. We took a few hours to go through all of the SEO features and capabilities of the Ubertor software. 

Reachd Adwords Bootcamp December 19th 2007

Thanks to everyone who attended our Adwords Bootcamp. We had a great time discussing the preliminary steps for researching, setting up and running an Adwords campaign. As always we gave time for each of the participants to ask plenty of questions and we discussed their specific business. Reachd Essentials SEO Bootcamp December 11th & 12th 

Our December essentials SEO Bootcamp was a great time. We had a four particiapnts in the workshop, Bo Skapski, Kelowna Real Estate Agent made the trip in from Kelowna for the workshop. Sylvan Cyr a Vancouver Real Estate agent invested 2 days with us and is excited about what he learned. Beyond real estate agents we were excited to have Dzan Nguyen, the Marketing coordinator for the Sutton Place Hotels. Dzan over sees the website for the Vancouver hotel, the Edmonton Hotel, the Chicago Hotel and the Toronoto Hotel. We also had another marketing expert in our course in Dara Sklar from Realty Support. Realty Support provides professional Real Estate Marketing for agents throughout North America. 

Reach'd Advanced SEO Bootcamp November 26th & 27th

We had three participants for our first Advanced SEO Bootcamp. Please don't let the term "Advanced" scare you. Each of the participants mentioned that the course material did require some basic skills and understanding but the pace and material was not too difficult to grasp. Grant Powell, Vancouver Mortgage Broker, Ryan Sutton, lead programmer at Provident Security in Vancouver and Nermin, SEO and Internet Marketing specialist from Teligence also joined us at the workshop.  

Reach'd Google Adwords Bootcamp November 23rd 

There was a near capacity group with five individuals attending our Google Adwords Bootcamp. Max from the Maggi Thornhill Real Estate team in Whistler came to the Bootcamp to learn to put their campaign into high gear. Jacob Krause and Mike Rampf are just getting started with adwords and are using this workshop to get off to the right start. We had two more vetrans at the Bootcamp: Nermin from the media firm Telligence in Vancouver attended the workshop along with Rob MacPherson a broker and property manager in Vancouver.

This bootcamp was a great time with a more diverse group and a participant from South of the Border. Steve Church a Bellingham Real Estate Agent attended our 2 day SEO Essentials workshop. Grant Powell a mortage broker in Vancouver also attended the workshop. Grant is excited about using the knowledge for both of his website. Vancouver Real Estate Agent, Mike Rampf, attended along with his assistant Mary Ann. Mary Ann mentioned that the workshop was great and the content was easy to grasp even for a non-Tech person.

Reach'd SEO Essentials Bootcamp October 26th & 27th, 2007

The first Reach'd SEO Bootcamp Sold Out! Everyone in attendance agreed that the workshop was a huge success and everyone is looking forward to the upcoming Advanced SEO Workshop. Most of the workshop participants were real estate agents including: Brenda Russell from Victoria, Patricia Houlihan with Macdonald Realty, Jacky Levi from Re/Max Crest (Westside), and Ian Watt from Macdonald Realty. Ryan Sutton, the Lead Programer from Provident Security in Vancouver, BC and Bryan Garcia, Customer Service manager from Ubertor also attended the workshop. The workshop was taught by the Reach'd Instructors, Steve Jagger and Rodney Bartlett.
