Live Person provides hosted live chat for website owners. We use live person on our website and is a great tool to connect with visitors and also a great way to monitor in real time what is happening on your website.

Rodney: Hi. I am Rodney with Reachd and we are Pubcon in Vegas 2007. we are just going to walk around the expo here and I was just talking Philippe with LivePerson they host to chat. So if you want a chat with somebody on your website, if you have questions you can use LivePerson, their software to chat with them. So, could you tell me maybe Philippe a small business owner, what would be benefits of having a live chat on their website?

Philippe: So. The first very important element is that when you have small business people don’t know necessarily your brand, they come to your website, they don’t have necessarily a lot of trust about this site or they have never seeing that company before. So, adding a human element a way for the visitor to contacts and connect with the you - with the owner or some of the employees of the company is very important. Really really increase the trust elements on the website and shows you who visited that there is some real people, behind this websites.

Rodney: Cool. So, what’s one of the features with LivePerson that you really like the most, you are most excited about?

Philippe: I think what for me personally is the most exciting part is the ability to really see in real-time what is happening on your website. You can see all these visitors and especially when you are small business, you don’t necessarily have hundreds and hundreds of visitors at the same time on your website. You can see here each one that comes to your website. You hear the [Inaudible] doing that indicates that someone enters your website, just like someone enters your store and we can see what they are doing which place they are going and really give you sense of people are coming to your site. They really looking at the different pages and it also help’s you to optimize your website. You can see where they are coming, where they are leaving from. And the ability to really see on at the individual visitors, as suppose to seeing aggregated reports. It’s a much easier way for small businesses to analyze and get the information rather than looking at complex reports. So, I love that ability of this what we call their real time monitoring.

Rodney: So. I have just one more question for you here, I hope it is ok. I am a matt user and I actually use LivePerson, I got to be honest with you, I am not so crazy about the Mac Version of LivePerson. So, the windows version is really great. So any plans for like more robust Mac Version for me.

Philippe: Ok, actually we invested recently a lot of R&D and its working to our Mac Version that you might note be using our latest version, because our latest version is actually very robust. One of the reason, we actually really boosted that our Mac version, because Apple is the customer of LivePerson and they are actually one of largest customer and they really pushed us to be as a robust version that works on Mac. So, I am sure that you will be pleasantly surprised to try our latest version for the Mac.

Rodney: All right, thanks Philippe and I guess this one to say, thanks Apple and thanks Steve Jobs for helping me out that we have a new version of LivePerson, that I am happy about that.
