Stephen Jagger - co-founder
Stephen Jagger is a serial entrepreneur that has been starting businesses since high school. He is currently involved in 2 companies. Combustion Labs Media Inc, which operates as Ubertor.com, is a real estate software company that provides websites and online marketing tools to thousands of real estate agents across North America. His other business, Reachd.com is a training company that focuses on marketing professionals and businesses that are interested in learning more about search engine optimization, blogging, online video, Google Adwords and social media.
Stephen has been covered in many major publications including The Vancouver Sun, The Wall Street Journal, The Ottawa Citizen and The Calgary Herald. He has spoken at many different events including British Columbia Institute of Technology, Vancouver College, The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and Inman News Connect 2007 where he was on a panel of 4 with a representative from Google, Yahoo and the Yellow Pages.
He is very active in the community as a member of the Vancouver College Alumni Association, a volunteer with Kids Help Phone and the founding member of the largest real estate agent meetup in North America.

Rodney Bartlett - Instructor
Rodney has been helping clients establish an internet presence since January 2007. Official work building websites was not Rodney's beginning in this field. As the associate Pastor of a new church in Vancouver, one of Rodney's primary roles was to develop and maintain the church website. It was during this project that Rodney discovered his interest and aptitude in this field.
In January of 2007, Rodney began work as an independent contractor with Ubertor, a growing company which primarily provides affordable, flexible and powerful websites for real estate agents. At Ubertor, Rodney provided customer service and training for new Ubertor clients. While training clients, Rodney became aware of some of the needs of Ubertor clients. One such need is Search Engine training and Search Engine marketing.
At the invitation of founders of Ubertor, Rodney enrolled at the Search Engine Academy and completed the 5 day advanced workshop in August of 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rodney not only completed the workshop but received his SEO certification and received high marks on the final exam. Rodney has also completed the Google Adwords Professional exam and has received his certification as a Google Adwords Professional. Since completing the Academy, Rodney has been involved in building a new company called Reachd. Reachd provides training to business owners and marketing managers who what to learn how to market their businesses online using Adwords, blogs, search engine optimization, online video, and social media.
Dara Sklar - Vancouver Instructor
Dara has been helping small businesses, entrepreneurs and real estate agents with their internet presence since 2005 via her company, RealtySupport.ca. She consults on internet marketing, website design and marketing material.
Affiliated with Ubertor since its inception, Realty Support was the original Ubertor Approved Vendor, and is now their leading Platinum Approved Vendor, having created websites, consulted, helped with marketing and website administration for over 400 Realtors® and small businesses to date.
Throughout 2006, Dara was the instructor for classes offered by Ubertor, helping new clients learn how to use their websites. During that time, she built relationships with a host of individuals who have since come to her for information, ideas and support.
In 2007, Dara attended all of the courses being offered by Reachd, including 5-days of Introductory and Advanced Search Engine Optimization and has integrated the material they teach into her everyday consulting and business.
Tim Ayres - Victoria Instructor
Tim is a practicing REALTOR® in Victoria and Sooke, on Vancouver Island. He uses web marketing skills in his daily business to help clients buy and sell properties.
Besides loving real estate, Tim has always been a techie at heart, having built and designed his own real estate website until discovering the Ubertor platform in 2007.
Always learning, Tim has taken most of the Reachd courses over the past couple of years including advanced SEO and Google Adwords training. Tim has used the web marketing skills learned to develop his business and cultivate new clients.
Where Tim truly excels is in the social media realm. An early adopter of blogging, Twitter, and other social media tools, Tim has generated thousands of dollars in revenue from his social media savvy this year, and is often asked to speak on the subject for other small businesspeople.
